The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) has established 43 citizen facilitation centres across 11 districts in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. This initiative is part of the K-P Citizen-Centred Service Delivery Project, which is supported by $46 million in financing from the World Bank.
According to official documents from Wealth Pakistan, the project is situated within the social policy sector and aims to improve service delivery for residents of the province. Current implementation of the project has reportedly reached 72 percent.
The initiative is scheduled for full completion by December 31, 2026. The centres are designed to provide improved, citizen-centric services to the local population through enhanced administrative infrastructure.
